The AC Infinity AI Sensor range expands the monitoring capabilities of the AC Infinity Controller AI+, allowing growers to collect more detailed information from different parts of their growing environment.

Rather than relying on climate readings alone, additional sensors allow the AI+ system to monitor conditions such as CO2 levels, growing media moisture, water presence and hydroponic nutrient solutions. This gives growers a more complete picture of what is happening both above and below the root zone.

The range includes several dedicated sensors, each designed for a different area of environmental monitoring. Growers can select the sensors that suit their setup and build a more connected AC Infinity control system around their plants and growing method.

AI Climate Sensor

The AC Infinity AI Climate Sensor monitors temperature and relative humidity within the growing environment, with the Controller AI+ also able to use this information for VPD monitoring and environmental control.

Additional climate sensors can be useful for monitoring different positions within a larger grow room, helping growers understand how conditions vary throughout the growing area.

AI CO2 & Light Sensor

The AC Infinity AI CO2 & Light Sensor allows the Controller AI+ to monitor carbon dioxide levels while also detecting whether the grow lights are on or off.

When suitable CO2 dosing equipment is connected, this information can be used as part of an automated CO2 strategy. The light sensor helps the controller identify the lights-on period so enrichment can be applied when required.

Ventilation behaviour can also be coordinated with CO2 dosing, helping prevent enriched air from being immediately removed by the extraction system.

AI Soil Sensor

The AC Infinity AI Soil Sensor is designed to monitor moisture levels within the growing media, providing useful information about conditions around the plant’s root zone.

This gives growers another way to keep track of how quickly plants are using water and how moisture levels change between watering or irrigation cycles.

When incorporated into a compatible AI+ setup, root-zone information can become part of the wider environmental data available through the AC Infinity system.

AI Water Sensor

The AC Infinity AI Water Sensor detects the presence of water and can be positioned where growers need additional protection against unwanted leaks, spills or overflowing equipment.

AI Hydro Sensor

Depending on the compatible setup, the Hydro Sensor can monitor important water parameters including pH, EC, TDS and water temperature, helping growers keep track of conditions around the root system.

This brings nutrient solution monitoring into the wider AC Infinity ecosystem, allowing hydroponic growers to view important root-zone information alongside environmental data from the grow room.
