Ten Levels of Intelligent Heating

The AC Infinity ThermoForge T7 is a 1,000 W smart heater developed specifically for indoor growing environments.

One of its biggest advantages over conventional grow room heaters is its ability to provide 10 true levels of heating output. Rather than simply switching between full power and off, the ThermoForge T7 can progressively adjust its heat output to match the needs of the growing environment.

This gives growers far finer control over temperature and helps reduce the large environmental swings associated with traditional on/off heating.

Built-In AI Control

The ThermoForge T7 does not require a separate environmental controller to provide intelligent heating.

Its integrated controller and environmental sensor allow the heater to monitor the grow room and automatically manage its own output.

Built-in operating options include environmental targets, timers, cycles and schedules, while the heater’s AI mode analyses climate patterns and anticipates changes before dynamically adjusting heat output to maintain the desired temperature or VPD.

This allows the ThermoForge T7 to continually respond to the environment without requiring constant manual adjustment.

PTC Heating Technology

The ThermoForge T7 combines PWM control with PTC ceramic heating technology.

PTC heating elements are self-regulating, helping provide efficient and controlled heat production while reducing the risk of overheating.

Combined with 10-level output control, this enables the ThermoForge T7 to apply only the level of heating required by the environment rather than repeatedly cycling between full output and off.

Temperature and VPD Management

Maintaining the correct temperature is important throughout the plant’s growth cycle.

Temperature also directly affects relative humidity and VPD. If the grow environment becomes too cold, relative humidity can increase, potentially contributing to condensation and mould.

By precisely adjusting heat output, the ThermoForge T7 can help maintain the environmental targets selected by the grower.

Flexible Installation

The ThermoForge T7 can be installed either inside or outside the grow space.

When installed externally, optional heat-resistant ducting can be used to direct warm air into the grow room. This helps free up valuable floor space inside smaller tents while keeping the heater easily accessible.

The unit can also operate in Fan Only mode, circulating air without generating heat.

UIS Integration and App Control

Although the ThermoForge T7 provides advanced environmental control independently, it can also connect to a compatible AC Infinity UIS controller.

The connected controller can manage the heater across its 10 individual heating levels, allowing it to work alongside other equipment as part of a wider environmental control system.

UIS integration also unlocks additional AC Infinity app functionality, including remote monitoring, advanced automation, data logging and environmental alerts.
