I called them to ask for assistance in choosing what compost mix to put in my Vegepod. They were extremely helpful and actually recommended a cheaper mix for growing herbs & salad vege (Terra Professional) than I had been considering (Terra professional plus).
The compost was a lot cheaper than other places including Amazon as I wanted 7 bags. Even taking into account the delivery charge due to the weight. The parcels were well boxed. I was so impressed I have already placed another order.

I ordered from GHE a Vitopod Small Heated Propagator with Height Extension Layer and lighting kit on Friday afternoon and it was delivered on Saturday morning. The Vitopod is well built and sturdy which should last for many years – overall l am well please with the quality of the Vitopod kit and the excellent service from Helen at GHE – l will not hesitate from ordering other gardening products from GHE – well done.

The items I ordered were competitively priced and arrived as expected. Whilst I waited for them to arrive I called the shop who could not have been more helpful answering all the questions I had. Once they’d arrived I realised I could enhance my installation with a couple of accessories. However these were not available off the shelf. Not a problem for GHE. They told me they’d try to find some from spares in the warehouse. They did and they sent them that day. Can’t praise them highly enough as I felt they went that extra mile and would have no hesitation to recommend them. A total pleasure to deal with backed up with great products.
