LUMii Heavy Duty IEC Extension Leads – up to 1000 Watts
LUMii Heavy Duty IEC Extension Leads are available in 1.5m or 5m lengths and are rated for use with lamps and ballasts up to 1000 watts. Featuring a female IEC connector to male IEC connector, they are suitable for use with most ballasts, reflectors and LED fixtures that use IEC connectors. Please make sure that when you are using extension leads for HID, your ballast is built to ignite the lamp over long distances. LUMii ballasts are able to ignite a lamp from up to 15 metres from the ballast.
Use
IEC Extension Leads can be used to extend the distance between ballast and reflector or ballast and LED fixture, they can also be used to extend the power lead of most items that use an IEC 'kettle lead', as long as the item is rated at under 1000 watts.
