Introducing… The Growroom

Welcome to The Growroom, the latest addition to the new GHE website! 

With over 80 years of combined experience, our knowledge of hydroponic gardening, our products, and the industry, are what make us who we are… and now we can share that expertise with you here!

In this new section of our blog, we will be giving you advice and product suggestions, including what to use in different situations, and at different stages of your grow.

Updates will be posted each week directly from our in-store grow room!

In ‘The Growroom’ we will be giving demonstrations of our recommended hydro equipment from full Grow Systems to Grow Media, Nutrients & Additives, and LED lighting.

Each week we will give you an update of how our plants are getting on and a run-through of what products we are using.

Grow Room Specs

During vegetation, grow rooms should be kept at around 26 degrees and at around 70% humidity for optimal growth.
