Absolutely Superb Customer Service. The customer service offered by the team at the Greenhouse Effect (GHE Direct) is absolutely first class.
After the initial disappointment of receiving incorrect products from GHE Direct (I received 1 litre products instead of 5 litre which I had ordered across two different plant feeds), I was initially concerned that I faced a torturous task of trying to get the correct products delivered and the incorrect products collected. Nothing could have been further from the truth.
Within a few hours of sending the team an explanatory email, I received an apologetic response informing me that the issue had been identified by the team and would be rectified immediately with a courier delivery of the correct products the following day. That is exactly what happened and was also accompanied by a courtesy phone call to check the correct products had arrived.
As an aside, the range of products offered by GHE direct is excellent and I would have absolutely no hesitation in ordering products from them again.– Keith R
